Our lambs are butchered and packaged by Bowman’s Butcher Shop in Aberdeen, Maryland

These will be around 15 pounds and include cuts found from Half a Lamb

Ribs around 4-6pcs Chops or whole roast if preferred
Loin Chops around 4-6 pcs
Ground Lamb (usually around 3lbs. packaged in 1lb. packs)
