Our lambs are butchered and packaged by Bowman’s Butcher shop in Aberdeen, Maryland

These will be 30 pounds and will be based off of a traditional “whole lamb”- An amazing deal on quality product!
Legs
Shoulders - (whole or chops)
Ribs (whole or as chops)
Loin Chops
Shanks (can be order whole or ground) Shanks from our lambs tend to be slightly smaller than a grain fed lamb, so we do recommend the ground
Ground Lamb (around 6lbs package 1lb per pack)

For whole lamb orders we will reach out to ask about how you would like each side of the lamb cut by email

Please note: This product is seasonal and will be in stock while supplies last- and a whole lamb will be double what is pictured here!
